We’ll endeavour to ship your order within 2 to 5 working days of receiving it.

COVID-19 has turned things topsy turvy so it’s hard to say at the moment.  However if you opt for Express Post within Australia, you should receive your parcel within around 2 – 3 business days of it being shipped. 

At the moment we ship to all areas of Australia and New Zealand. If you live elsewhere in the world and you’d like to start your Soul Awaking journey please email us at hello@soulawaking.com.au to enquire so we can look into postage rules and regulations to your country of residence.

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalised orders. Personalised orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
